What size are your cards?

Most of our cards are 15cm x 15cm with the exception of our panoramic cards which measure 10.7cm x 21.7cm. All greeting cards are blank inside and come with a white envelope. 

How do I place an order?

Simply click on ‘Shop Now’browse through our selection of lovely cards and make your choices by clicking on add to basket.  You can proceed to checkout by clicking on the basket symbol in the top right of our webpage and choosing checkout from the drop down menu.  From then on, just fill in all required details finalized by clicking on ‘Place Order’. After that, it’s up to you what to do while you wait for your order to arrive. We would most heartily recommend fresh air, cups of tea and curling up in front of something good on the telly!

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, international orders will be sent via Royal Mail or via an alternative courier based on the order size and destination. Royal Mail may pass the delivery on to a local courier, please note we are unable to influence the delivery of your parcel once it has left the UK. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within the UK is a flat rate of GBP2.50 or free over £20 spend. Everywhere else in the world is GBP5.00 (Go on, make it worthwhile – treat yourself to a few!)

Help! I made a mistake when entering the checkout details…

Please do take extra care when entering your details at checkout as we cannot guarantee your parcel will get to you. We are not liable for any mistakes made at checkout.  If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the issue.

How do I use a discount coupon?

Simply pop the code into the designated box at checkout and click ‘Apply coupon’. If the coupon is valid, you will see the discount detailed in ‘Basket totals’.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or bank transfers for retail orders.

Who processes my payment and is my credit card information safe?

Stripe ltd. manages our card processing. You can learn more about Stripe and its privacy at https://stripe.com/gb/

I’m worried about web safety.

Just look for the https at the start of the web address at the top of your browser.  If it’s there, you can relax you are in safe hands.

Where is my order?

We are working hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days for orders going to the UK mainland and as much as 2 weeks everywhere else.  If you haven’t seen your order after the recommended timeframe please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note, that all orders may be subject to delay in delivery due to the Covid-19 pandemic.       We thank you for your patience.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item ordered online, please give us a heads up (so we can be more speedy once we receive it) and ship your return back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all returns costs and we are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if the items were damaged or faulty when delivered (a photo of the damages isn’t mandatory but is really helpful in this instance). Please note, refunds can only be made to the original card used to make the order, and can take up to 10 days to process once they are received in the warehouse. 

Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?

We like to send out orders as quickly as possible and once it has left our warehouse cancellation is not possible (in this instance, please see returns policy).  However, if you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately.  We must have written notice of your cancellation. You can also call us to notify us of your intent to cancel. Please note, refunds can only be made to the original card used to make the order, and cancellations can take up to 30 days to process once we have received notification from you. 

Do you ship to BFPO and PO boxes?

We are very sorry, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses or PO boxes.

How ‘Green’ are you?

Physically… not very green.  Actively… quite green and getting greener by the minute! All board used for our cards are sustainably sourced and have the FSC accreditation.  We are constantly working towards being as environmentally conscious as possible. 2020 will see the introduction of eco-friendly packaging and a continued effort to supporting our planet in whatever ways we can.

I’m an artist and would like to submit my work for your consideration…

All submissions will need to be made through info@nethertons.com.  We ask for 6 examples of your work that you think will compliment our existing artists.  We would also like to know a little bit about you (because we’re nosy!) and if possible we would love to see your online presence.  Due to the high volumes of submissions we receive, we will be unable to contact you unless we decide to take the next step with your work.  Every artist we look to publish, we will contact to discuss how/when we would like to take on your work.

You are very welcome to contact us, we are prompt in replying but in the unusual circumstance you don’t hear from us, something may have gone awry. Check the yoghurt pot strings are nice and tight, and please do wait a day and try again.

Christmas Shipping

Due to the current climate and the Christmas season, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your orders. Please be assured we are working as hard as we can to get your orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible.
